- Above normal high tides threatened a few nests again last night. There is no intervention that could positively change the outcome. Although we may not like it, this is a natural event and it happens in unprotected beaches as well as protected.
Tuesday Morning:
- Nest #57 hatched last night with the watchful eyes of Russell and his family! Our newest Turtle Ambassador Family! They saw 73 hatchlings to the water.
- Nest #42 had tracks from one more hatchling.
- Nest #61 has a small indentation on only day 47!
- Nest #53 had a crab hole.
- Green has been delivered up to Nest #66. Keep up the great work!
