Can you say WINDY? Morning Patrol checked as carefully as they could and did not find any crawls or nests. The high tide was at 4:44 and the wind was significant enough to erase crawl traces in the softer sand. We are hoping the Mama’s were too smart to come out in those conditions!
Sunday, June 20
It was a stormy start to the morning! The Morning Patrol headed out early, but had to turn around and wait out the storm. No new nests. Crabs got into Nest #29 and one piece of an egg shell was found.
