Morning findings Visitors on the beach said they saw one hatchling in #39 runway Thursday night/Friday morning and 4 or 5 hatchlings outside the runway. There is a nesting site close to nest #39 but with the rain covering the tracks there’s no way to tell if they came around the green or somewhere else. Read More

Morning findings Nest #42 has a small crack on day 48. Evening events Inventory results for nest #37: 109 shells, 1 unhatched and 1 dead hatchling Nest #35 hatched last night with 92 hatchlings. Morning: 1 more hatchling from nest #38 this morning. A visitor had run away a ghost crab and watched the hatchling to the water. He was amazed by how fast something so small could travel.
