Sunday Night:

Wonderful temperatures, flat water, but buggy and no action!

Monday Morning:

I received a call in the wee hours from a visitor that Nest #86 had hatched.  He reported that all the turtles appeared to have gone to the water.  Morning Patrol checked out the scene this morning. Several wiggled through a gap in the green that was created by their emergence hole. Looks like a small number of hatchlings near the top were probably confused by the lighthouse, but there were a lot of tracks down where the runway widened to the high tide line.

Now we are waiting on Nests #80-Day 67 , #83-Day 63 and the Nesting Site-Day 64.
