We got out early this morning to try and beat any storms passing through.  Things started getting heated just as we were finishing up a relocation!  One nest today laid just over a high tide escarpment.  We almost missed it!  It is an area we have to ride up high because of the narrow beach and mid beach escarpment!  Thanks to our new walking friend, Ginger, for making sure we saw it!  Ginger is new to the area and very excited about our turtles!  The tide was almost high when we came in and it didn’t look like any nests would get overwashed.  Keep your fingers crossed for tonight’s high tide!
