We’ve Hit Double Digits for Sea Turtle Nests!

Caswell Beach’s Sea Turtle Nest #10 was laid in a low area that floods at high tide. 110 eggs were relocated beyond a vegetation line for safety. Here’s a glimpse of our relocation process, all done in accordance with NCWRC Regulations.

North Carolina has over 100 sea turtle nests so far!

**This conservation work for protected sea turtles on Caswell Beach is authorized by the NC Wildlife Resources Commission (ES Permit 24ST03).
